Established in Livarot since 1910, the Graindorge factory has kept the tradition and continued to be a family-owned and independent company located in the heart of the Pays d’Auge.
The cheese factory proposes a unique concept where visitors can discover the cheese workshops through a gallery hall.
The audio system allows us to understand the different stages of Norman cheese production (films, soundtracks and explanatory panels).
